- Emily Petersdorff
The Stars are a Symbol of Hope, Finding Light in times of Darkness

Starlit Path Therapy's Symbolism:
Our name, Starlit Path Therapy was chosen because stars are a symbol of hope; stars shine radiantly, lighting up the dark night sky. Mental health struggles and trauma can act as clouds in our sky, making it hard to connect to a sense of hope, light, or joy.
The stars have been used to navigate for thousands of years; their wisdom is infinite. Mental health struggles can feel confusing and create a feeling of being lost or stuck. In therapy, we will work together to clear the clouds in your sky, so that you can see your path clearly.
The stars are a source of inspiration, wonder, awe, and creativity. We have this same light inside of us, quite literally, as we are made of stardust. At Starlit Path, we will support you in finding hope again; reconnecting to the stars that are there to guide your unique life path.
